New families get a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start, so nothing is charged during the trial. At the end of the 14 days, the paid features simply pause until you choose to subscribe — we never charge you automatically.
You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops the next monthly payment; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. There is no cancellation fee.
If something has gone wrong, or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge at hello@valoraparentis.com and we will put it right, including a refund where appropriate. This is in addition to any rights you have under UK/EU consumer law. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, who action approved refunds to your original payment method.
